The ‘quintessentially Russian’ (International Piano Magazine) pianist Yulia Chaplina curates a programme of Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Scriabin and Stravinsky to celebrate International Music Day.

In a concert dedicated to the cultural exchange between Russia and the UK, the programme is performed by artists from the UK, Russia, Italy, Germany and Switzerland.

Dubbed ‘impressively virtuosic with terrific control and powerful playing’ by The Classical Reviewer, Russian-British pianist Chaplina is the winner of seven international piano competitions.

This concert is kindly supported by the Rossotrudnichestvo, Russian Culture House in the UK.
