Please get in touch with Natasha Butterwick to discuss the best option for your organisation or event.

Russian Art Week was launched by RA+C in 2011 and takes place twice a year, in autumn and spring, coinciding with the major sales of Russian Art at Sotheby’s, Christie’s, MacDougall’s and Bonhams. It is an exclusive network which covers all the sales as well as Eastern Europe and Russia-related exhibitions and events held in London during the same period.

Following highly successful sales over the summer auction houses are experimenting with a range of formats – from continuing with online only sale to offering live sales or highlights previews. This autumn the Russian Art Week will take place from 20 to 27 November 2020.

The sales, however, will start already in late September, here are some dates of confirmed upcoming sales:

14 – 24 September, Bonhams – Rebellious: Russian Non-conformist art from an Important European collection (Online only)

15 October 2020, 2pm at MacDougalls – Russian Art Sale – consignments are invited until 20 September (Live)

23 November 2020, 10:30am and 2pm – Christie’s – Russian Art (Live)

Russian Art Week is a unique platform for communication among artists, art professionals, collectors, institutions and supporters of Russian Art and culture who come to London for the art sales. RA+C supplies a handbook to help navigate the weeks’ London art scene – helping you to be in the right place at the right time.

RA+C publishes a comprehensive official guide to the Russian Art Week. It includes all the practical information such as the dates of sales with contact details, a list of featured events, a map of all important locations and overview of the top lots. The guide is an essential manual for anyone wishing to attend the sales, exhibitions, parties and other cultural events during Russian Art Week. Depending on the situation with the COVID, we will produce either a paper or an online version this autumn.
