Zoé Isle de Beauchaine
Born in France, Zoe studied at the Sorbonne and later graduated from the Courtauld Institute with an MA in Russian modern art. She specialised in photography and wrote her dissertation on Ukrainian photographer Boris Mikhailov. She is currently working in Paris for In Camera, a gallery specialised in 20th century and contemporary photography, where she’s hunting new talents. She is also a freelance arts writer and translator. Last year she participated in the research and preparation of a display at the Museum of Counterfeit in Paris highlighting the issue of Russian modern art forgery. She is looking for other research and writing opportunities in Russian art.
